Participate
Walk with others through a guided journey, an approved group, prayer, and accountable Christian community.
Free at the point of healing; materials may be offered at cost.
3Separate approval pathways
Facilitate or Coach
Facilitate an approved group, or prepare for one-to-one coaching through a distinct training and supervision pathway. These are alternative roles, not consecutive ranks.
Facilitation is a controlled pilot role. Coaching remains in development. Training, supervision, and approval are required; sponsorships and scholarships remain available.
4Future formation stage
Herald
Carry the Oaks message outward through approved speaking, teaching, church partnerships, and mission.
Certification, licensing, and operator membership are not open yet.
The bright line
Healing is not a membership product.
Read and Participate remain free at the point of need. Costs may attach later to governed leader training, professional services, certification, or licensing—but never as a condition of beginning healing.

What is open now
- • Invited participants continue online with their same facilitator and group.
- • IBC participant access is permanently sponsored—no membership purchase is required.
- • Facilitator rooms use explicit assignments and leader-only safeguards.
- • Coach, Herald, certification, licensing, and operator membership remain closed until their governance is ready.
Facilitator
Guides an Oaks group
A Facilitator is not a therapist or final pastoral authority. Facilitators use the approved Companion, protect group boundaries, and serve under church oversight. They do not keep counseling notes or act as investigators.
Coach
Walks one-to-one
Distinct from group facilitation, coaching follows a separately reviewed training and supervision pathway. The restricted 52-week lay-counselor protocol remains a separate lane. Group facilitation does not automatically authorize one-to-one coaching or restricted counseling work.
