Prepare facilitators
Equip and review facilitators and co-facilitators for a light, relational weekly rhythm with clear responsibilities and healthy boundaries.
Invite participants
Use individual, approved invitations. Explain privacy, expectations, group assignment, and the relationship between the complete resource and OaksOS.
Continue together
Keep the same trusted relationships where appropriate. Use OaksOS to support—never replace—meetings, prayer, follow-up, pastoral care, and faithful practice.
A light facilitator rhythm
Prepare briefly. Meet faithfully. Escalate wisely.
Facilitators are not expected to become therapists, monitor every daily devotional, or carry complex care alone. They prepare from approved guidance, lead the current discussion, help each participant name a faithful next step, partner with a co-facilitator, and involve pastoral or safeguarding leaders when needed.
