How the current pilot handles private reflections, shared spaces, and AI.

Your private reflection

Lesson reflections are private to their author. A facilitator, leader, or administrator role does not provide access to another member’s private reflection through the member or admin features.

Choose what you share

Prayer requests have visibility choices. Review your choice before submitting. Community posts are shared within their permitted space, so use those spaces with care.

AI and private writing

General Oaks AI retrieves only published sources explicitly enabled for AI. Private reflections, prayer requests, community discussions, and counseling records are excluded from that knowledge source. Your AI conversation history is member-specific.

Human care and role boundaries

Oaks supports discipleship and human relationships. Group facilitation does not authorize therapy or restricted counseling. Counseling case management is outside this pilot.
