How Oaks works

Receive help. Practice truth. Walk with others. Learn to serve.

The Oaks pathway describes a person’s movement through the ministry. OaksOS supplies the digital tools appropriate to each stage; it does not turn spiritual growth into a subscription ladder or maturity score.

01

Read

Begin with an appropriate complete Oaks resource and selected online teaching. Reading may be private, but it should move toward truthful response rather than information alone.

02

Participate

Join an approved group or continuation pathway. Learn alongside appropriate people through Scripture, discussion, prayer, reflection, and faithful next steps.

03

Facilitate or Coach

After preparation, review, and approval, serve in one of two distinct roles: lead a governed group or walk alongside an individual. Neither role replaces pastoral authority.

04

Herald

Carry the message outward through approved teaching, speaking, mission, and church partnership after the required formation and authorization.

Inside the protected member experience
